Unpause is a 9-week focus group that combines strength-building and heart-pumping workouts with practical nutrition strategies designed for women in all stages of menopause.
You’ll follow structured weekly and monthly calendars built around progressive overload, with options and modifications for every fitness level.
Women 35+ who want doable workouts and real-life nutrition strategies to support strength, health, and energy during midlife. No crash diets. No endless cardio. No extreme rules. Just proven strategies for women navigating hormonal shifts.
👟 Amy Kiser Schemper — Certified Personal Trainer with advanced certifications in menopause and perimenopause. She’s not only trained in the science, she’s living the peri-chaos herself.
🥗 Vivian Schemper — Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (a very “youthful” 37). Officially not in perimenopause… though between the night sweats and mood swings, it’s up for debate. 🤷♀️ Highly trained in nutrition and weight management for midlife women.

Joining the BodyFit Athletic Club and finding Vivian changed everything for me.
